 Group yoga sessions are for work teams, private events, and clients of  two or more. Our sessions are tailored to suit your current needs and help you achieve your yoga goals collectively. Whether you need yoga at the workplace, home, a peaceful retreat, or outdoors, I've got you covered!

With many years of experience and knowledge I add a personal touch to each class, ensuring a welcoming environment for all skill levels.  Offering a variety of yoga styles will allow your group to find the perfect balance of challenge and relaxation.
